💖 How do I send my wish list and can my requirements be included?

Just leave your wish list in the order notes section when payment. Let us know the color, theme, character or type of item you want to receive (eg: notebook, cute hair clips, stickers, gel pen, stationery, v.v.). Although we cannot guarantee specific items, we always try our best to make your faithful news close to the desired list as possible.

What should I do if my payment is unsuccessful?

If your payment is unsuccessful:

📸 Can I share the opening of online boxes? 

Absolutely! We like to see your response and video open boxes. Share your Mystery Scoop experience on Tiktok and tag @mollymoon_scoops to have the opportunity to be introduced on our site.

 

⏳How long will my order come? 

Processing time varies according to your orders:

• Orders without video packing: 2-4 working days.

• Orders with packing videos: 5-7 working days after shipping, most packages will arrive within 2-4 business days depending on your location.

You will receive email tracking information as soon as your orders are delivered.

Of course! Just enter the recipient's delivery address when payment. You can also leave gift messages in order notes and we will make it more special.
